BIDSTORM

Bidstorm is an IPL-style player auction where analysis meets real-time decisions. Read player statistics, plan team combinations, bid smart, manage your budget and outplay rival teams to build the best squad.

The live auction is one offline round at DoMS, NIT Trichy. It runs for 4 hours in real time across two days. Players come up in sets: batsmen, bowlers, all-rounders, wicketkeepers and marquee players. Teams bid, withdraw and change plans as budgets and squad needs shift.

After the auction, the organising committee evaluates each team for 10 to 15 minutes against the auction rules. It looks at squad balance, budget use and bidding discipline, player selection and overall performance. The purse, the squad rules and the bidding rules are shared at the event.

Registration is free. The winner and the runner-up get prize money (to be announced) and a certificate, and every participant gets a certificate. Third place is awarded only if six or more teams take part.

Rules:

• A person can be in only one team. A breach disqualifies the whole team.
• The organising committee decides all changes, and its decision is final.
