STRATEGY SPRINT
- 13–14 November 2026 · Time to be announced
Strategy Sprint is a fast-paced challenge that tests your problem-solving, creativity and decisions under pressure. Enter new markets, build strategies, handle surprises and rescue struggling companies: each round brings a new problem.
There is no single formula for success. Analyse the situation, think beyond the obvious, work as a team and make bold calls.
Round 1, Signals in the Noise (online, Unstop): a timed multiple-choice test of scenario-based, applied questions. Scoring is on accuracy and time, with tie-breaker questions if needed. The top-scoring teams go to Round 2. The number of teams is announced before the event.
Round 2, The Strategy War Room (online, Unstop): each team gets a detailed business case with the company background, scattered financial, operational, customer and competitor data, and stakeholders who disagree. Find the core problem, propose several options, reject at least two with reasons, and build a final roadmap within the limits. Submit at most three slides, with no appendix or supporting document. Judging covers the problem diagnosis, the clarity of the trade-offs, the feasibility and coherence of the strategy, and the structure of the slides.
Round 3, Capital at Risk (offline, DoMS, NIT Trichy): teams present a strategy for a high-stakes case on investment, transformation or market entry. Midway through, a shock such as a new regulation or a rival's move arrives, and the team must adapt on the spot. Questions from the jury follow. Judging covers strategic soundness, financial and risk assessment, adaptability, executive presence and the answers to questions.
Think fast. Solve smart. Make an impact.
