PRAVARAN

PRAVARAN takes you through the work of an HR professional: the fundamentals, a practical case and a live negotiation. Each round asks you to think sharper, communicate better and act smarter.

Round 1, HR MindSpark (online quiz on Unstop, 35 minutes): a timed quiz on HR concepts and terms, workplace scenarios, and logic and aptitude. The shortlisted teams go to Round 2.

Round 2, People Puzzle (HR case study): each shortlisted team gets a realistic HR crisis, such as hiring, retention, performance management or a workplace conflict. Teams submit their solution by the deadline and present it offline. The instructions and rules come with the case.

Round 3, HR Negotiation Arena (offline): the teams shortlisted from Round 2 negotiate a scenario such as pay, retention, working conditions or restructuring, in roles such as management or employees. The theme, the rules, the scoring and the judges are introduced at the start.

Rules:

• A person can be in only one team. A breach disqualifies the whole team.
• Videos and presentations sent after the deadline are not accepted.
• Every participant gets a certificate.
• Third place is awarded only if six or more teams take part.
• The organising committee decides all changes, and its decision is final.
