PRAXIS

  • 13–14 November 2026 · Time to be announced

PRAXIS is an operations competition that values practice over theory. Each round tests how you allocate resources, control costs and deliver results under pressure, as a manager in a factory or a service business must.

From supply chains to process design, you diagnose operational problems, weigh the trade-offs, propose quick and practical fixes, and justify each decision.

Round 1, OpsOdyssey (online quiz on Unstop, 45 minutes): questions from every area of operations management, scored on speed and accuracy. Every registered participant can take it, and the shortlisted participants go to Round 2.

Round 2, Flow Quest (offline case study): real business cases from supply chain management, operations and analytics. Teams analyse the situation, read the data and recommend practical solutions within a time limit.

Rules:

  • Meet the timelines and submission deadlines of each round.
  • Do not talk to other teams during live rounds.
  • Generative AI tools and outside help are not allowed in live rounds unless the organisers say so.
  • Presentations sent after the deadline are not accepted.
  • A person can be in only one team. A breach disqualifies the whole team.
  • Every participant gets a certificate.
  • The organising committee can change the rules or the format with notice. The decisions of the judges and the committee are final.
